Separated from Toku Pneumatic Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the R&D engineering division was moved to and is now belonging to Eisin. As is the due course of activities, we will focus on developping new products under brand logo mark. Recent results of development can be seen in the Products Introduction at our home page.
We will make every possible efforts to have candid opinions, by manner of visiting customers' job site where we can understand actual applications, needs of the customers and their afterservice requirements. All of such experience and information we could gather should be most useful for further improvement of our existing models and development of new products.
As a matter of course, we will continue to follow existing models as stated above including possible modifications to care about antirust, antidust, antivibration, lighter weight, etc., for producing new added values.
In succession to pneumatic and hydraulic products, approach to the different products for different business field will be studied in cooperation with possible venture enterprise and academic institute.

It could be an eternal theme for a manufacturer to keep quality compatible with cost. Toku Pneumatic Tool Manufacturing Company has been working on this subject, developping selfcontrol production line, adopting material handling robbots, and putting most efforts to skillup training for the factory workers to be capable of operating multiple machineries so that we can comply with the customers' possible demand of large variety of productions with small lots.
Aiming at an integrated manufacturer, overall production process has been bacically performed under inhouse operations beginning from procuring raw materials, then through various machining, heattreatement, finish grinding and upto final assembly and packaging. Quality check on the in-process mateials has been performed on every spot of manufacturing, and quality assurance system has been controlled according to ISO9001 certification. Heattreatment is a fatal factor to determine durability of pneumatic tools and hydraulic breakers, therefore the heattreatment division is independent from other diviions and accumulates enginering knowledge and know-how of highest quality.

It is a usual thing that we do quality check on the in-process materials as well as 100% performance test on the finished products before dilivery. Precision instruments to perform quality inspection will make it appear how much we adhere to assurance of quality. On the other hand, durability test on the prototype tools as well as pilot production tools is a must process before going into volume productions. Quality aasurance system is basically controlled under the ISO9001 certification. All of those total directions make it possible to supply most reliable and highest quality products with our customers.
