Established Toku Pneumatic Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd., in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Paid-in capital: 200,000 yen
Started manufacturing RockDrill for coal mining industry

1941

Completed new plant in Fukuoka (land area: 12,000 m2)

1945 

Owned Plating Company

1946

Resume production of pneumatic tools for mining industry after World War II.

1958

Establised Toku Pneumatic Co., Ltd., as an independent Sales Company, separated from Toku Pneumatic Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Paid-in capital: 3 million yen. (currently increased upto 200 million yen.)

1963

Relocated plant to Saga Prefecture (land area 30,000 m2)

1969

Moved Head Office to Saga Prefecture, same address as the main plant.

1970...

1973

Completed new Kijima plant in Saga Prefecture (land area: 60,000 m2) and started production of pneumatic tools.

1975

Separated Plating Company, and changed name to Masanobu.

1975

Increased capiital upto 210 million yen.

1981

Increased capiital upto 250 million yen.

1983

Completed new Kamimine plant in Saga Prefecture (land area: 18,600 m2) and started production of pneumatic tools.

1984

Completed new factory building on the same premisess in Kamimine plant, to be specialized in manufacturing hydraulic breaker.

1985

Adopted new production system called T.P.S.

1989

Completed new building for Engineering Division on the same premisess in main plant.

1991

Finished 1st construction work at new Hirokawa plant in Fukuoka Prefecture and started full production to supply parts for the other plants.

1992

Finished 2nd construction work at Hirokawa plant.

1993

Increased capiital upto 322.5 million yen.

1997

Awarded ISO9002 Certification to Hirokawa plant.

1999

Awarded ISO9002 Certification to Kamimine plant, separately honored to pneumatic and hydraulic operations.

Started operations of Eisin as a service center for hygraulic breakers.

Finished 4th construction work on Hirokawa plant, expanding facilities of precision machining.

Completed new building for the assembly of hydraulic breakers, on the same premisess in Kamimine plant.

Separated two divisions, sales and engineering, from Toku headquaters to Eisin.
